By Road

Arguably one of the most scenic places to visit by land, Ladakh is an unforgettable adventure if traveled to by bike or car. People from all over the world will have to converge at the army-controlled, managed, and preserved 490-km long Leh-Manali highway.

Strategically this highway has a lot of importance to the army as it leads to the borders shared with Pakistan and China. However, for the tourists, the Leh-Manali highway is riding pleasure as they cut through the scenic valleys and mountains to arrive in heavenly Ladakh.

By Train

Probably this one of the least frequently used option to reach Leh because of a lack of railway network and infrastructure near Ladakh. The nearest railway station from Leh is Jammu Tawi railway station 815 kms away. The station is well connected to trains coming from all parts of the country and is one of the Northernmost railway stations in India.

By Flight

Majority of the tourists coming in to Ladakh opt to come via flight because it is the most convenient and cost effective manner to reach Leh city. The airport in Leh has good connectivity with all cities across India, as a lot of airline attract travelers to their Leh routes by often offering discounts during off season.
