The temperature in June to September can be in the mid 20 degrees C with a minimum of 9-10 degrees C. There is no requirement of permits for Indians. Foreign citizens do need a permit if you are entering Spiti valley via Kinnaur. This can be procured either from Kaza, Shimla or Reckong Peo. D’Roamers arrange all type of permit for the customers
